View Gallery

The Gallery is your central hub for all media and files created or uploaded within Crafty AI. It provides an organised view of your creative output and data assets.

Accessing the Gallery

Click the Gallery icon in the sidebar from any page, or navigate directly to /gallery.

Browsing Your Creations

The Gallery is divided into sections to help you find what you need:

• Images: View all images generated by Crafty AI. Click any image to open the Lightbox for a full-screen view.
• Videos: Access AI-generated videos (if available).
• Files: A list view of all documents and files uploaded during your conversations.

Using the Lightbox

When viewing an image in the Lightbox, you can:

• Navigate: Use the arrows or your keyboard to browse through your images.
• Download: Save the full-resolution image to your device.
• Share: Get a link or share the image directly.
• Delete: Remove the image from your Gallery permanently.

Managing Files

In the Files view, you have advanced management tools:

• Search: Quickly find files by name.
• Filter: Narrow down the list by file type (Documents, Code, Audio, etc.).
• Sort: Order files by date, name, or size.

Batch Actions

To manage multiple items at once:

1. Long-press an image or click the selection checkbox on a file.
2. Select additional items you wish to manage.
3. Use the Selection Toolbar at the bottom to Delete or Download the selected items in bulk.

Tip: Use the Gallery to quickly retrieve a document you uploaded in a past chat without having to scroll through the conversation history.
